Legendary Lure

A special lure which attracts roaming Legendary Pokémon and others for 300 steps. It has several effects while active: - +15% encounter rates - +30% chance to encounter a Roaming Legendary if not already captured - Foes are stronger than normal encounters in the area - You may encounter more foes at the same time - 8% chance to encounter lure-exclusi ve species Consumed upon use.
